Power shutdown in Srinagar parts

Srinagar:  According to the Power Controller, Kashmir Province, to execute installation of 630 kVA transformer at Iqbalabad Bemina near Degree College Bund, the shutdown of Bemina Exhibition Line is being observed.

During the shutdown, the power supply to the areas fed from 33 kV Bemina Exhibition line shall remain affected on July 19 from 11 am to 12 noon.

Similarly, as per separate statements the Superintending Engineer, O&M Circle II, KPDCL Srinagar, to execute the ongoing IPDS Scheme, shutdown of 11 kV feeder No’s F3 and F1 of Bemina Ist Receiving Station and Feeder F4 of Karan Nagar Receiving Station shall be observed.

During the shutdown, the power supply to the feeder no’s F1 and F3 fed from Bemina Ist Receiving Station shall remain affected on July, 21 and feeder no. F1 also fed from Bemina Ist Receiving Station shall remain affected on July, 22 from 10 am to 4 pm respectively.

The power supply to the feeder no. F4 fed from Karan Nagar Receiving Station shall remain affected on July, 22 and 23 from 10 am to 4 pm.

In order to replace old deteriorated poles and conductors by new ones from Batamaloo Adda to Hamdard Hospital, the shutdown of feeder no. 5 of the Receiving Station Exhibition shall be observed on July, 20 and 21 from 10:30 am to 5 pm.

Similarly to carry out HT/LT pole erection at Tengpora and Maharajpora, the shutdown of 11kV Feeder No. 2 of Receiving Station Danderkhah shall be observed on July, 20 and  22 from 11 am to 2 pm and on July, 25 from 11 am to 3 pm.
