G’bal : A female body was on Tuesday recovered from Nallah Sindh near Gonchi Mohalla Akhal Kangan in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.
An official said some locals found a body floating in the Nallah Sindh. He said after receiving information about it, the police team reached the spot and retrieved the body from the spot.
Moreover, the official said that the body has been identified as 30-year-old Rubeena Jan, wife of Abdul Majeed Khan of Gonchi Mohalla Akhal Kangan of Ganderbal district, who was missing from July 11, 2020.
All the medical formalities were completed at Sub District Hospital Kangan and the body was later handed over to the family for the last rites, he said
