SSP Zubair among 4 KPS officers transferred from ACB likely to be new City Police Chief Srinagar, Haseeb likely to elevated as DIG

Srinagar/July,8 : The Jammu & Kashmir Government on Wednesday ordered the repatriation of one SSP, two SPs, and one ASP from the Anti-Corruption Bureau for their immediate posting in the mainland police administration. The Government has simultaneously ordered the transfer of one SSP , one SP and six Dy SPs from different wings of police department to Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB). Meanwhile it has been learnt the Zubair Ahmad upon his transfer from the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) is likely to posted as City Police Chief Srinagar in place of Dr Haseeb Mughal who is likely to be elevated as Deputy Inspector General (DIG) upon his likely induction into Indian Police Service (IPS).

According to an order issued from the General Administration Department One SSP, two SPs ,  and One ASP presently posted in the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) and repatriated to home department for further postings in different wings of  police department include Zubair Ahmad SSP, Amit Gupta SP, Faisal Qayoom SP and Sandeep Gupta ASP presently all posted at the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB). Meanwhile authoritative sources told Kashmir Horizon Zubair Ahmad SSP upon his transfer from the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) is likely to posted as City Police Chief Srinagar in place of Dr Haseeb Mughal who is likely to be elevated as Deputy Inspector General (DIG) upon his likely induction into Indian Police Service (IPS)

 

In the same order the government has order the transfer of One SSP, One SP and six Dy SPs transferred from different wings of police department to Anti- Corruption Bureau (ACB)  and those transferred are Joginder Singh presently SSP Traffic City Jammu, Al-Tahir Geelani presently SP North Srinagar, Dr Ashok Sharma Dy SP Anti-Hijacking Airport Jammu, Zaffar Iqbal Nawaz presently Dy SP Distt Armed Reserves (DAR) Poonch, Sagar Singh presently SO to DIG RP range,  and Rais Ahmad Mir Dy SP, LAWWDA Srinagar.
