Srinagar/ July, 8 : SKIMS Soura and SMHS hospital Srinagar the two top referral hospitals of Kashmir valley on Wednesday reported one death each and with these two deaths the COVID-19 death toll has mounted to 145 in Jammu and Kashmir.
A top health official at SKIMS Soura said ” A 36 year old woman died of cardiopulmonary arrest on Wednesday morning after testing positive on July 2″adding that “she was admitted on June 28 with the complaints of breathlessness”.
A 70-year-old woman of South Kashmir’s Shopian district was the second COVID-19 patient who death was reported from SMHS hospital Srinagar Wednesday morning as a top health official at the hospital said ” the patient admitted two days ago had tested positive and died on Tuesday in the late evening hours” . Wth these two deaths the COVID-19 death toll has mounted to 145 in Jammu and Kashmir.
