Srinagar/July ,6: Director SKIMS & EOSG, Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences, Soura has directed the Landscape Officer of the Institute to furnish the status report of landscape and other areas under his control. The order was issued after some unconfirmed reports on the social media surfaced about the wild growth of weeds/cannabis in the residential campus area. The Director appreciated the efforts of the officers, doctors and paramedics for working tirelessly during COVID-19 crisis. He also urged writers, journalists to help in fighting the covid crisis and be part of the successful growth story of the SKIMS. The Director warned some “vested interests” to refrain from maligning the name of prestigious healthcare Institute. People should refrain from creating misinformation about the functioning of the institute just for their petty interests or extortionism.
