COVID-19 In JK : Baramulla resident dies at SKIMS hospital Bemina, toll 98

Srinagar/June, 30: A 52-year-old resident of Baramulla, who had tested positive for COVID-19, died on Tuesday at SKIMS  hospital in Bemina  and with this death theCOVID-19 death toll has risen to 98 in Jammu and Kashmir.

Health officials at SKIMS hospital Bemina said “a 52-year-old man had tested positive for COVID-19 at the hospital on June 27 with bilateral Pneumonia and other ailments. He was kept in ICU where he died on Tuesday due to Cardiac arrest.” Early in the morning hours, an  85 year old woman died in Kathua due to COVID-19 .

With two more deaths one each in Jammu and Kashmir divisiosn, the death toll due to COVID-19 has reached to 98 in J&K including 86 from Kashmir and 12 from Jammu division
