DM Ang launches COVID-19 monitoring web portal

Ang: District Magistrate Anantnag, K. K. Sidha who is also Chairman District Disaster Management Committee, Saturday launched COVID-19 monitoring and management web portal at DC Office, Anantnag.
The portal will help in monitoring COVID-19 management in the district like tracing every information of red zones, supply position of essential commodities, medicines, life saving drugs, sampling and screening of aged persons, pregnant ladies, fumigation and sanitation of red zones.
The portal shall have separate logins for administrative officers and Magistrates, facilities in administrative, hospital and home quarantine centres. Besides it will also help to send the information well in time without manual using.
The web portal has been designed by National Informatics Centre, Anantnag under the guidance of DIO and probationary officer for COVID-19 Control Room, Anantnag.
All the information of 104 red zones, hospital quarantine centres, administrative quarantine centres, sampling and screening of COVID-19 patients, pregnant ladies, data of migrant labourers, students and persons travelled by air, their travel history, can be easily traced from this newly launched web portal.
ADC’s, DIO NIC, CMO, Dy. CMO, Medical Superintendent GMC, Anantnag were present during the launch of web portal.
