Jammu :Government College for Women, Bhagwati Nagar, Monday organized online inter college essay writing competition on the topic ‘COVID-19 strengthen family bonds versus domestic conflict and violence’.
The event was attended by students from different educational Institutions across the UT of J&K. Professor Minnie Sharma, Principal of the host College besides the faculty and college management was present on the occasion.
The essay writing competition was adjudged by Professor Seema Mir, Principal GDC Purmandal, Dr. Vandana Khajuria Associate Professor GGM Science College Jammu
First Prize was bagged by Anjali Nanda of GCW Bhagwati Nagar Jammu, second prize was shared by Kamiya Thakur of SMVDU College of Education and Ashima Gupta of GCW Bhagwati Nagar Jammu while third prize was awarded to Atif Lateef of Gandhi Memorial College Srinagar. Consolation prize was given to Shah Assel.
All the participants were awarded with E-Certificate.
