Taking to micro blogging social networking site twitter Omar wrote “utter failure of diplomacy by New Delhi and Kathmandu… Instead of scheduling a meeting to resolve the issue sometime in the last six months, Nepal and Indian governments have hurtled into a whole new dispute” .
