PSAJK, JKEC condole demise of Prof Nadeem

Srinagar: Private Schools’ Association of Jammu and Kashmir (PSAJK), Jammu Kashmir Education Council (JKEC), educationists, teachers and students alike have expressed their condolences on the sudden demise of noted academician, educationist, thinker and intellectual Prof N A Nadeem.
The Association termed the demise of Prof Nadeem as a huge loss for academics and future evolving education sector of Kashmir. “Prof Nadeem was a teacher par excellence. He spent decades in the education sector working at many levels of teaching and related administration. He knew the education sector inside out. His out of box solutions in education are well known which have helped a lot of his students,” said G N Var president PSAJK. “And the best part of his life was that he never stopped improving upon his ideas. Education was his passion and he wanted best of education to reach each and every student in Kashmir. His demise has created a vacuum hard to be filled.”
Jammu Kashmir Education Council (JKEC) termed the demise of Prof Nadeem as a setback to evolving education sector in Kashmir. “Prof Nadeem had been working on a proposal to set up a world class private university in Kashmir. He had even proposed its name as International Integrated University, which would have become a game changer for education sector in Kashmir,” said a spokesperson of JKEC. “Prof Nadeem was a rare combination of intellect and vision. He was ahead of his times who knew importance of quality education for Kashmiri youth. Inshallah the dream of Prof Nadeem will be taken forward.”
Dr Qazi Azher, Prof. Michigan State University USA & Chairman Scientific Review Committee, Prof Hamid Naseem Rafiabadi, Dean Media Studies & Head Department of Religious Studies Central University of Kashmir, , Dr Safiya Abdullah, Dr Rafeeq Masoodi, Dr Naseer Ahmad and others paid glowing tributes to the service of Prof Nadeem.
