Newly recruited Naib-Tehsildars inducted in service

Srinagar: The Revenue Training Institute, Bemina, Srinagar, Wednesday conducted welcome and induction ceremony of newly recruited Naib-Tehsildars here.
The department will be providing training to the newly recruited before there are deployed to the field.
On the occasion, Deputy Commissioner Srinagar, Dr Shahid Choudhary, who was also chief guest on the occasion congratulated the recruits and shared his valuable ideas regarding the conduct and discharging of services with them.
He suggested them to develop compassion and improve their knowledge for the proper execution of laws and facilitation of services.
Principal, Revenue Training Institute, Bemina, Srinagar, Sajad Qazi said the revenue department is working tirelessly at the ground level besides sharing vast responsibilities during emergencies.
He said the newly recruited Naib-Tehsildars shall be provided nine month training during which they will be made acquainted with the settlement process, revenue records, documents and paper work of the revenue department.
The Principal further added that initially those executive magistrates shall be deputed with tehsildars for fifteen days to get insight regarding the functioning of revenue department.
