3 Kashmir DCs among 10 tops babus transferred in JK, 2 more Kashmir districts get non local DCs, Valley babus get insignificant positions

Jammu/May,27 : The Jammu & Kashmir Government on Wednesday ordered transfers of ten top bureaucrats including three deputy commissioners of three Kashmir districts. Significantly two more non local officers have been appointed deputy commissioners in two key valley districts. Bandipora and Anantnag. Two non local officers are already occupying the positions of deputy commissioners in Pulwama and Kupwara districts of Kashmir valley. Significantly barring one Kashmiri officer all Kashmiris transferred have been posted on insignificant positions. The transfers ordered on Wednesday are detailed below:
Ravinder Kumar Managing Director, SIDCO, holding additional charge of Managing Direector, JK Trade Promotion Organisation is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner Bandipore
G A Sofi, Director General Libraries, J&K is transferred and Posted Commissioner of Enquiries J&K
Bashir Ahmad Dar, KAS Deputy Commissioner Anantnag is transferred and posted Managing Director, SIDCO
Sheikh Arshad Ayub , KAS, Managing Direcyor, J&K State Road Transport Corporation is transferred and posted Director Libraries J&K
Leena Padha KAS Director Rural Sanitation J&K, is transferred and posted Special Secretary to Government, General Administration Department
Tariq Hussain Ganai, KAS, Deputy Commissioner Budgam is transferred and posted Director Rural Sanitation J&K
Shahbaz Ahmad Mirza, KAS, Deputy Commissioner Bandipore is transferred and posted Deputy Commissioner Budgam
Angrez Singh Rana, KAS, Member J&K Services Selection Board, is transferred and posted Managing Director J&K State Road Transport Corporation
Nazir Ahmad Khawaja, KAS , Additional District Development Commissioner Anantnag is transferred and shall await further orders of adjustment in the officer of Divisional Commissioner Kashmir
Kuldeep Krishan Sidha, KAS, Officer on Special Duty with Advisor (BK) to the Lieutenant Governor is transferred and posted Deputy Commissioner Anantnag
