Jamm/May, 26: Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron, J&K National Panthers Party has in a strong letter to Lt. Governor of J&K, urged to direct all the District Officers including Dy. Commissioners in Jammu and Kashmir to allow the complainants to meet Dy. Commissioners and other officers every day. NPP Supremo warned that he shall take the matter to the Supreme Court in this regard as hundreds of complainants including senior leaders of recognized political parties have complained that a common man/person/complainant is not allowed even to enter premises of the Dy. Commissioners’ office in Jammu and some other districts in J&K. Prof.Bhim Singh regretted that some Dy. Commissioners are not available on telephone even and they are behaving like Pope of Rome. Prof.Bhim Singh requested the Lt. Governor to direct all senior executive officers including Dy. Commissioners to fix at least one hour everyday for public so that a common man may also get an opportunity to represent his case to the officer. Prof.Bhim Singh also urged President of India, Shri Ramnath Kovind to convene an urgent meeting of the representatives of reocgnised political parties in J&K so that a communication between the people and the administration continues for future.
He regretted that some unrecognized political groups and their wealthy leaders are being promoted by bureaucracy at the cost of democracy. That is not acceptable by anybody. He said no outsiders from the street shall be allowed to overtake the political system in J&K.
Prof.Bhim Singh, Sr. Advocate, Supreme Court of India warned that he shall knock the doors of Supreme Court in case these dictatorial trends are not changed and office of every executive officer including Dy. Commissioner shall open for a common person/complainant on each working day.
