Observe austere Eid: Advocate Syed Mujtaba tells people

Srinagar/May,23 : Felicitating the Muslim Ummah in general and the Muslims of Jammu and Kashmir in particular on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, Social Activist Advocate Syed Mujtaba oN Saturday made a fervent appeal to the fellow people to maintain austerity and high spirits of the real Islamic values while celebrating Eid.
“We as the true Muslims should try our level best to symbolize the spirit of sacrifices in our day to day life for the good of the humanity. In the present Crisis affluent families shall to take care of needy, families of martyrs, prisoners, etc” Syed Mujtaba said.
Saying that “due to prevailing situation in valley from last three decades in particular, it is quite heart wrenching to see the increasing number of widows and orphans day in and day out”, Mujtaba while appealing the people to celebrate the Eid with austerity and simplicity and according to the Islamic principles said that the Eid-ul-Fitr is the day of sharing joys with orphans, widows and poor class of society.
