Srinagar/May,15: The Jammu and Kashmir School Education Department is finalizing rules to prevent reputed private schools from charging huge admission fee from parents and rules are being finalised for a prior agreement and school managements over the admission fee of the students.
Taking to micro blogging social networking site twitter Principal Secretary School Education Department Dr Asghar Hassan Samoon wrote “marginalised students get deprived of quality education as few reputed private schools charge huge admission fees in violation of RTE Act; ambiguity needs to be replaced by prior agreement between parents and management; Rules are being finalsied soon”.
