Srinagar/May,13 : National Conference Vice President an former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Wednesday demanded an impartial probe into the killing of a civilian in central Kashmir’s Budgam district.
Taking to micro blogging social networking site twitter Omar wrote “Very unfortunate. The circumstances surrounding this shooting need to be impartially investigated & findings made known. My condolences to the family of the deceased”.
Reports on Wednesday morning said that a civilian identified as Mehraj-ud-din Shah son of Ghulam Mohammad Shah of Makhama Beerwah Budgam was killed by CRPF men near Kawoosa Khalisa village in Narbal area.
