Srinagar: A Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) man was injured in a grenade attack on a Power Grid station in the summer capital, Srinagar on Monday.
Official sources said that militants lobbed a grenade at a Power Grid station at Nowgam on Monday evening, resulting in injuries to a CISF man. “The injured was immediately taken to a hospital where his health condition is stated to be stable,” they said.
They said the militants managed to escape from the spot, adding additional security forces have been rushed to the area and a search operation has been launched to nab the attackers.
