Hakeem tributes martyrs of labour movement, demands release of wages to daily wagers and HDF workers

Srinagar/May,1: Chairman Peoples Democratic Front ( PDF) and former minister Hakeem Mohammad Yaseen here on Friday tributed the working class on the eve of ” International Workers Day ” maintaining that labourers were the real heros and architects of nation building. He urged the Jammu and Kashmir Government to devote towards the welfare of its workers and release wages of all daily rated , needbased and HDF workers , who despite toiling hard to ensure 24 × 7 , essential services , are starving for livelihood alongwith thier families .
In a statement issued on Friday Hakeem Yaseen said that the occasion of “World Labour Day ” provide an opportunity to establishment to eulogize the contribution of labour class in the nation building and to take a sacred resolve to work for their betterment and welfare
Hakeem Yaseen has paid rich tribute to the heroes of Labour movement who have offered supreme sacrifices of their lives for securing rights of the workers.
