Budgam: Three Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) men were on Friday injured after suspected militants lobbed a grenade towards their camp in Dooniwara area of Chadoora in central Kashmir’s Budgam district.
Police sources said suspected militants hurled a grenade towards CRPF camp in Dooniwora Chadoora following which they also fired some gunshots.
They said that the grenade exploded outside the camp near the gate, leaving three CRPF men received some minor injuries in the attack. “All the forces personnel in the camp are stable now,” he said. The area was cordoned off after the incident and a search operation was launched, he said.
