Srinagar/April,25: As many as 40 suspects have tested positive and all from Kashmir valley but Jammu and Kashmir crossed 1000 test barrier with the samples of 1071 tested. The no of positive cases is just close to 500 at the increasing figure of 494.
Taking to micro blogging social networking site twitter Government spokesman and Principal Secretary Information and Public Relations Department Rohit Kansal wrote “Finally J&K breaks the 1000 test barrier- 1071 samples tested in the last 24 hours. But that also means more positives- so 40 new cases today- all from Kashmir. Total positive cases now 494. Jammu-57 Kashmir-437. An unfortunate death too; total deaths now 6@diprjk”
