Srinagar/April, 17: Principal Secretary School Education Dr Asgar Hassan Samoon has directed School Education Kashmir and Director School Education Jammu to fill all vacant positions of ZEOs, and Headmaster with an immediate direction to directors of both Kashmir and Jammu divisions to immediately transfer all over staying clerks in the department.
Taking to micro blogging social networking site twitter Samoon wrote “almost 70 % ZeOs & HM posts of middle, high & higher sec schools are vacant leading to adhocism & chaos; dsek/ dsej to post them & transfer all clerical staff beyond mature stay immediately to reduce corruption, ensure transparency & optimum functioning of school Edn sector”
