Srinagar: National Conference Vice President and former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Monday took a jibe at the countrywide lockdown by saying that while liquor factories are open in several states of the country, the shops selling mutton and essential supplies in Kashmir are not allowed to remain open.
Taking to micro blogging social networking site twitter Omar wrote “National lockdown be damned! Booze must flow. In Kashmir shops selling meat & essential supplies aren’t being allowed to open while in some states even liquor factories are considered essential to survival”
