Doda/April,13: A young boy namely Mohammad Rafiq residents of Sekwan area of Doda district committed suicide Monday morning by jumping into River Chenab from Ganpat bridge.a police official said,but before committing suicide, he has uploaded a video. In which he blames District police Doda for harassing him & his family. The Video claims that Doda Police have tortured him and his family (mother, father, brother and sister) that’s why he is committing suicide.
The video is viral on social media but District police hasn’t issued any statement yet.
