JK Govt orders placements of 50 Junior KAS officers in time scale, shifts them to new positions

Jammu: The Government on Friday ordered the placement of more than Junior Scale KAS officers and officers of different departmental feeding services, in the time scale of Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service, on stop-gap basis, in their own pay and grade. Subsequently the Government ordered the transfers and posting of following 51 KAS officers on their placement in the time scale. Those transferred and asked to join their new places of postings are:
1. Reyaz Ahmad Shah, KAS, Deputy Director, Tourism, Kashmir, is transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer, Urban Development Agency, Kashmir, relieving Peer Manzoor Ahmad, KAS, Joint Director, Industries and Commerce (S&M), Kashmir of the additional charge of the post.
2. Narinder Kour, KAS, Collector, Jammu Development Authority, is transferred and posted as Deputy Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Jammu.
3. Virender Kumar Manyal, KAS, Deputy Director, Urban Local Bodies, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department.
4. Pardeep Kumar, KAS, Deputy District Election Officer, Doda, is transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, Information Department.
5. Fareed Ahmad Kohli, Custodian Trade Facilitation Centre, Chakan Da Bagh, is transferred and posted as Development Officer, Handicrafts (Textiles), Jammu, against an available vacancy.
6. Kulraj Singh, Deputy Director, Food, Ovil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Collector, 220 KV, Power Development Department, Jammu.
7. Vishavjeet Singh, Deputy Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Jammu, is transferred and his services placed at the disposal of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board for further posting.
8. Kusum Chib, Deputy District Election Officer, Udhampur, is transferred and posted as Collector, Jammu Development Authority.
9. Javed Iqbal, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Marwah, holding additional charge of Sub^ Registrar, Marwah, is transferred and posted as Deputy Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Jammu.
10. Gurdev Kumar, BDO, Padder, Kishtwar is transferred and posted as General Manager Die Reasl, against an available vacancy. ‘ ‘
11. Parvaiz Ahmad Naik, HQA to Deputy Commissioner, Ramban, is transferred and poste as Sub-Registrar, Chenani, relieving Su Divisional Magistrate, Chenani of the additiona charge of the post.
12. Najwan Nazki, State Taxes Officer, Solina, Srinagar, is transferred and posted as Deputy Director (Administration) in the Directorate o Social Welfare, Kashmir.
13. Shurjeel Ali Naiku, Assistant Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Pulwama, is transferred and posted as Deputy Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Kashmir, against an available vacancy.
14.Mir Zahida, Assistant Director, Handloom, Budgam, is transferred and posted as Development Officer, Handicrafts (Textiles), Kashmir, against an available vacancy.
15. Ajaz Ahmad Bhat, Assistant Director (Registration) in the Directorate of Tourism, Kashmir, is transferred and posted as SubDivisional Magistrate, Lolab, against an available vacancy.
16. Shabir Ahmad Wani, Functional Manager, DIC, Pulwama, is transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, Horticulture Department.
17.Suhail-ul-Islam, Project Manager, DIC, Srinagar, is transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment.
18. Sartaj Hussain, Technical PA in the Industries & Commerce Department, Is posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, Industries &. Commerce Department.
19. Zaheer Ahmad Kaifi, Assistant Director, CAPD, Jammu Rural – II, is transferred and posted as Custodian Trade Facilitation Centre, Chakan-Da- Bagh.
20. Harpal Singh, Functional Manager, Ramban, is transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner in the Anti Corruption Bureau, J&K, against an available vacancy.
21. Shavi, Assistant Director, Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Jammu Rural – I, is transferred and posted as Deputy District Election Officer, Udhampur.
22. Sanchi Misra, Functional Manager, DIC, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner in the State Taxes Department, Jammu, against an available vacancy.
23. Mantasa Bind Rashid, Functional Manager, DIC, Srinagar, is transferred and posted as Secretary, Srinagar Development Authority, relieving Dr. Fayaz Ahmad Banday, KAS, Director, Land Management, Srinagar Development Authority of the additional charge of the post.
24. Shafiq Ahmad, Project Manager, DIC, Poonch, is transferred and posted as Deputy Director, District Employment and Counselling Centre, Rajouri, against an available vacancy.
25. Javed Naseem Masoodi, Assistant Director, Handicrafts, Kulgam, is transferred and posted as Sub-Registrar, Srinagar (East), relieving SubDivisional Magistrate, Srinagar (East) of the additional charge of the post.
26. Parvez Rahim, Assistant Director, Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Srinagar (South) is transferred and posted as General Manaop/ DIC, Bandipora. 9 ‘
27. Zakir Hussain, Assistant Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Kathua, is transferred and posted as Deputy District Election Officer, Reasi, relieving Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Reasi of the additional charge of the post.
28. Mudasir Ahmad, Assistant Director, Handicrafts, Baramulla, is transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Gurez, against an available vacancy. He shall also hold the additional charge of the post of Sub-Registrar, Gurez, till further orders.
29. Mohsin Raza, Functional Manager, DIC, Kishtwar, is transferred and posted as SubDivisional Magistrate, Marwah.
30. Deebah Khalid Peer, Project Manager, DIC, Srinagar, is transferred and posted as Deputy Director, Handicrafts, J&K, against an available vacancy.
31. Aijaz Ahmad Shah, BDO, B.K. Pora, is transferred and posted as Deputy Director, Urban Local Bodies, Kashmir, against an available vacancy.
32. Bashir Ahmad Lone, State Taxes Officer, State Taxation Department, Srinagar, is transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sumbal, against an available vacancy.
33. Gulzar Ahmad Rather, CDPO, Khansahib, is transferred and posted as Collector, Public Works (R&B) Department, Srinagar.
34. Athar Amin Zargar, BDO, Kahar, Doda, is transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Thathri, against an available vacancy. He shall also hold the additional charge of SubRegistrar, Thathri, till further orders.
35. Sanna Khan, Divisional Publicity Officer in the Directorate of Rural Development, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Deputy Director, Urban Local Bodies, Jammu.
36. Parvinder Kour, DPO, Reasi, is transferred and posted as Deputy Director, Geology and Mining, Jammu.
37. Manu Hansa, Assistant Chief Executive Officer, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, is transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control Department.
38. Nasir Mehmood Khan, Assistant Director, Tourism, Gulmarg, is transferred and posted as General Manager, JKTDC, Kashmir, against an available vacancy.
39. Surinder Lai Bhagat, Tehsildar in the office of Commissioner, Survey and Land Records, J&K, is transferred and posted as Sub-Registrar, Jammu (South), relieving Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Jammu (South) of the additional charge of the post.
40. Avtar Singh Lakhanpuria, Tehsildar, Samba, is transferred and posted as Sub-Registrar, R.S. Pura, relieving Sub-Divisional Magistrate, R.S. Pura of the additional charge of the post.
41. Johar Ali, Tehsildar, Sogam, Kupwara, is transferred and posted as Sub-Registrar, Srinagar (West), relieving Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Srinagar (West) of the additional charge of the post.
42. Ahsanul Haq Chisti, Assistant Director Information, Is transferred and posted as Den,,^ Director, Tourism, Kashmir.
Mr. Mohammad Arshad Khan, Private Secretary in the J&K Public Service Commission, is posted as Deputy Secretary in the J&K Public Service Commission.
43.Abhay Ram Gupta, Private Secretary with Chairman, PSA, Home Department, is transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, Department of Floriculture, Parks and Gardens.
44. Javed Ahmad Reshi, Under Secretary to the Government, ARI and Trainings Department, is transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj.
45. Umesh Sharma, Under Secretary to the Government, Home Department, is posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, Home Department.
46. Mohammad Yaqub Malik, Under Secretary in the Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, is transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, Home Department.
47. Sukriti Gupta, awaiting orders of posting in the office of Mission Director, ICDS, J&K, is transferred and posted as Project Officer, Self Employment, Jammu, against an available vacancy.
48. Masooda Akhter, Assistant Director, Tribal Affairs, J&K, is transferred and posted as Deputy Director (Trainings) in the Directorate of
49.Tarvesh Kumari, CDPO, Akhnoor, is transferred and posted as Deputy Director, District Employment and Counselling Centre, Kathua.
50.Parveen Akhter, CDPO, Bufliaz, is transferred and posted as Project Manager, IWMP, Rajouri.
