Employees to contribute one day salary for J&K Relief Fund, CS formally informed :EJCC

Srinagar/March,29:The Employees Joint Consultative Committee (EJCC) an amalgam of the J&K Government employee associations on Sunday offered the deduction of one day salary of the Jammu and Kashmir Government employees for the Jammu and Kashmir relief fund of the Jammu and Kashmir Government.
Talking to Kashmir Horizon Chairman Employees Joint Consultative Aijaz Ahmad Khan said the decision was taken keeping in view the pressing situation arising due to the fast spread of deadly COVID-19 disease across the country and more so in Jammu and Kashmir. He said that the leaders of Employees Joint Consultative Committee (EJCC) informed Chief Secretary about the decision urged him to order deductions from the salaries of Jammu and Kashmir Government employees accordingly.
