Srinagar: The Kangan Tehsil Library which was in shambles for over a decade now remains open and is presently being renovated by Kashmir Law Circle headed Sajad Farooq Rather a budding lawyer.

Talking to Kashmir Horizon Sajad Farooq Rather while making a reference to phrase “Charity begins at Home” said that the Govt. Tehsil Library of Kangan has remained in shambles for over a decade due to lack of negligence from the side of Civil Society & Administration, but in recent months due to activism of Kashmir Law Circle, the Library not only remains open but is also under a process of renovation . He thanked the concerned authorities specially SDM kangan Hakim Tanvir for his encouragement and decisiveness and members of Kashmir Law Circle including Amir Jamaal & Murtaza Pakhtoon for their dedication and support.
