COVID-19: ARTO Pulwama sensitizes drivers, commuters about precautionary measures

Pulwama: Assistant Regional Transport Office, Pulwama carried out a drive to sensitize drivers and commuters at different Sumo and Bus stands about the precautionary measures that need to be taken to tackle spread of Coronavirus disease, here Wednesday.
The team led by the ARTO Mukhtar Ahmad sanzitized the drivers and commuters about precautionary measures to be taken in view of spreading of this infectious disease.
The ARTO urged the drivers and passengers to take preventive measures including frequent use of hand sanitation and avoid unnecessary travel.
On the occasion, masks, sanitizers and hand wash liquid soaps were distributed among the drivers. Whereas fumigation of various vehicles including passenger, load carriers and school buses was also done .
Meanwhile BDO Pulwama Abid Iqbal also distributed Pamphlets and Posters among the people conveying messages regarding the precautionary measures to avert the Covid 19.
