ADDC Ang reviews digitization , Aadhar Seeding of Ration Cards

Ang: Additional District Development Commissioner Anantnag, Khwaja Nazir Ahmad Saturday reviewed the Digitization and Aadhar Seeding of Ration Cards in a meeting here at DC Office Anantnag. ACD, SDMs along with Tehsildars, AD FCS&CA Anantnag along with all the TSOs attended the meeting.
Threadbare discussions regarding cent percent digitization and Aadhar Seeding of all the ration cards of the district were held in the meeting. FCS&CA Anantnag informed the Chair about the progress of the digitization process at various levels.
The ADDC stressed upon the officers to ensure error free and timely Digitization and Aadhar Seeding of Ration Cards by the end of 22nd March 2020. He asked the officers to rectify the duplication of entries and ensure cent percent accuracy and clarity in the process of digitization, beside provide ration to consumers with double Aadhar Numbers at only the Aadhar number of their place of domicile to avoid miss use of the ration. The ADDC also asked for maintaining proper hygiene in the Godowns so that the ration remains safe for the consumers. The ADDC also asked the TSOs to share their data regarding various details of the consumers with the concerned Tehsildars so the accuracy is achieved in the digitization and Aadhar seeding of the ration cars.
