Jammu: Chief Accounts Officer, District Fund Office, Jammu has asked all the DDOs of Jammu District, in respect of J&K Government Departments, whose employees are subscribing towards GPF & SLI, to attend the office of the Chief Accounts Officer, District Fund Office, Jammu in working hours personally or through their responsible representative w.e.f 16-03-2020 to 20-03-2020.
As per a handout, they (DDOs) have been advised come along with detail of GPF account nos., subscription, letter of acceptance & Policy Bond, so that GPF/SLI figures for the 3rd Quarter could be reconciled without further delay.
The matter needs to be attended on priority failing which Annual Accounts Statements/GPF Schedules for the year 2019-20 shall not be issued to the defaulting offices.
