DDC Kishtwar notifies monthly roster for visit of officers to remote areas

Kishtwar: District Development Commissioner Kishtwar Rajinder Singh Tara Tuesday notified the monthly roster for visit of District/ sectoral officers to the remote areas of Paddar, Marwah, Warwan and Dachan to ensure the outreach of District Officers and to redress the grievances of the public of these areas at their door steps besides to monitor the implementation of the Schemes and expedite the pace of work on developmental projects in far flung areas of District Kishtwar.
As per the notified monthly roster 13 District/Sectoral officers viz Executive Engineer PWD (R&B) Division Marwah, Executive Engineer PMGSY Division Marwah, Chief Education Officer, Assistant Commissioner Development, District Panchayat Officer, Executive Engineer REW, Chief Medical Officer, DFO Marwah, ALC kishtwar, AD Employment Kishtwar, AD Fisheries, District Food Safety Officer and Drug Inspector Kishtwar shall be visit the Marwah area on the Tuesday of the first week of the month besides these 13 District level officers shall also visit Warwan on Wednesday of last week of the month.
Another group of 15 District/ Sectoral level officers viz. Executive Engineer PHE Kishtwar, DSWO, District Officer KVIB, General Manager DIC ,DYSSO, Assistant Controller Legal Metrology, AD FCS&CA, District Food Safety Officer, Drug Inspector, Cluster Head JK Bank LTD, Lead Bank Officer, CAHO, DSHO, CAO and CHO will visit the Warwan area on Wednesday of 1st week of the month and in Marwah on Tuesday of last week of the month.
In Dachhan area a group of 17 District/Sectoral level officers viz Executive Engineer PWD (R&B) Marwah, Executive Engineer PMGSY Marwah, CEO, ACD, DPO, Executive Engineer REW, CMO, DFO Marwah, Executive Engineer PHE, DSWO, AD FCS&CA, District Food Safety Officer, Drug Inspector, CAHO, DSHO, CAO and CHO Kishtwar will visit on Saturday of 2nd week of the month. Besides for Paddar area 26 District/Sectoral level viz. Executive Engineer PWD (R&B), Executive Engineer PMGSY Division Kishtwar, CEO, ACD, District Panchayat Officer, Executive Engineer REW, CMO, DFO, ALC, AD Employment, AD Fisheries, Executive Engineer PHE, DSWO, District Officer KVIB, GM DIC, DYSSO, Assistant Controller Legal Metrology , AD FCS&CA, FSO, CAHO, Drug Inspector Kishtwar, Cluster Head JK Bank, Lead Bank Officer, DSHO, CAO and chief Horticulture Office Kishtwar will visit on Friday of 3rd week of the month.
DDC further ordered that the Tehsil /block level officers having additional charges of two offices shall perform their legitimate duties and remain stationed for 1st 15 days of the month at their original place of posting and second 15 days of the month at the office having additional charge. The officers having additional charge of three places shall remain present for 1st 10 days at their original place of posting and 2nd and 3rd ,10 days of the month at the offices having additional charges respectively.
Besides, District Treasury officer Kishtwar has been directed to issue the directions to all Sub treasuries to honour the salary bill of Tehsil /Block level officers only after the production of certificate of their presence from concerned district officer indicating therein that they have remained present at their respective headquarters throughout the month.
