Ramban/March, 8 (KNO): One person was killed and three others were injured in two separate road incidents near Khooni Nallah in Banihal-Ramban track.
Officials said a boulder hit a stationary truck that resulted in on spot death of the driver identified as Rao Dev of Rajasthan.
In yet another incident, some stones hit a car that resulted in injuries to three persons who were identified as Gulzar Ahmad (20) of Shopian, Muzamil sheikh (35) and Sayer Ahmad (17) both residents of Bihar.
Traffic police officials while confirming the accidents said that they are clearing the highway at blocked due to shooting stones in many areas of the stretch
Meanwhile the vehicular traffic on Jammu Srinagar highway remained blocked at several places due to landslides and shooting stones triggered by the incessant rains at several places on Ramban-Ramsu track since last Saturday.
