CS headed committee appointed to look into, Spl rectt rules 2015, SRO 202

Jammu: The Jammu & Kashmir Government on Thursday ordered the constitution of a Committee to examine the special recruitment rules 2015 vis-à-vis SRO 202.
According to an order issued from the General Administration Department the Committee would be headed by the Chief Secretary and the members of committee are Financial Commissioner Finance, Secretary to Government General Administration Department and Secretary to Government, Law Justice & Parliamentary Affairs departments. The terms of reference of the Committee as mentioned in the committee are as under :
1)Examine the Jammu and Kashmir Special Recruitment Rules, 2015, notified vide SRO-202 of 2015 dated 30.06.2015, and its implications on the job structure in Government as well as Financial implications.
2) Suggest a comprehensive approach, as necessary.
