Jammu: Issuing threats of public uprising and using twitter for fueling public anger have been cited the main reasons for slapping PSA on National Conference Vice President and former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah.
A PSA dossier against Omar reads “Omar while addressing his party workers at the residence of his father had stated that if Article 370, that gives special status to Jammu and Kashmir and Article 35-A are abrogated, they will unite and stand up against the Union of India as has already been decided by NC.”
The dossier also says that Omar had also informed his party workers about “series of programs against union of India which his party will undertake,” adding that Omar had directed his party workers at a meeting to ask youth of Sonawar constituency to get ready for mass agitation if 370 is revoked.
