GAD issues schedule for public hearings by administrative secretaries

Jammu: The Jammu & Kashmir Government on Wednesday directed administrative secretaries of different department to meet general public twice a week on rotational basis for redressal of grievances both in Srinagar and Jammu the twin capital cities. Further the administrative secretaries have been also directed to also visit districts allotted to them through a formal government order on 10th July last year.
According to a schedule released by the General Administration Department GAD the following administrative secretaries have been directed to meet people for hearing their grievances as shown against each one of them:
1. Arun Kumar Mehta, Financial Commissioner (Finance) on Ist and 3rd Monday of every month in Jammu and 2nd and 4th Monday in Srinagar
2. Atal Dullo , Financial Commissioner Health and Medical Education Department on Ist and 3rd Monday in Jammu and 2nd and 4th Monday in Srinagar
3. Shaleen Kabra Principal Secretary Home Department on Ist and 3rd Friday in Jammu and 2nd and 4th Friday in Srinagar
4. Dheeraj Gupta Principal Secretary Housing & Urban Development departments on Ist and 3rd Tuesday in Jammu and 2nd and 4th Tuesday in Srinagar
5. Asgar Hassan Samoon Principal Secretary Animal & Sheep Husbandary and Transport department on Ist and 3rd Wednesday in Jammu and 2nd and 4th Wednesday in Srinagar
6. Navin Choudhry Principal Secretary Education and Technical Education departments on 2nd and 4th Monday in Jammu and Ist and 3rd Monday in Srinagar 7. Pawan Kotwal on 2nd and 4th Thursday in Jammu and Ist and 3rd Thursday in Srinagar
8. Rohit Kansal Principal Secretary Planning, Development and Monitoring/Hospitality & Protocol/ Estates/Civil Aviation and Information Departments on 2nd and 4th Friday in Jammu and Ist and 3rd Friday in Srinagar
9. Manoj Dwivedi Commissioner/Secretary Industries & Commerce Department on 2nd and 4th Tuesday in Jammu and Ist and 3rd Tuesday in Srinagar
10 . Hirdesh Kumar School Education Department on 2nd and 4th Wednesday in Jammu and Ist and 3rd Wednesday in Srinagar
11. Sarita Chauhan Commissioner Secretary Forest, Ecology and Environment department on Ist and 3rd Monday in Jammu and 2nd and 4th Monday in Srinagar 12. Khursheed Ahmad Shah, Commissioner Secretary Public Works (R&B) department on Ist and 3rd Thursday in Jammu and 2nd and 4th Thursday in Srinagar 13. Saurabh Bhagat Commissioner Secretary Labour and Employment departments on Ist and 3rd Friday in Jammu and 2nd and 4th Friday in Srinagar
14. Ajeet Kumar Sahu Commissioner Secretary PHE, Irrigation & Flood Control Department on Ist and 3rd Tuesday in Jammu and 2nd and 4th Tuesday in Srinagar 15. Sheikh Fayaz Ahmad Commissioner Secretary Floriculture,Parks and Gardens departments on Ist and 3rd Wednesday in Jammu and 2nd and 4th Wednesday in Srinagar
16. Pandurang Kondbarao Pole Secretary Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs departments on 2nd and 4th Monday in Jammu and Ist and 3rd Monday in Jammu
17. M. Raju Secretary Power Development department on 2nd and 4th Thursday in Jammu and Ist and 3rd Thursday in Srinagar
18. Manzoor Ahmad Lone Secretary Agriculture production department on 2nd and 4th Friday in Jammu and Ist and 3rd Friday in Srinagar
19. Sheetal Nanda, Secretary Rural Development and Panchayat Raj departments on 2nd and 4th Tuesday in Jammu and Ist and 3rd Tuesday in Srinagar
20. Simrandeep Singh Secretary Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction departments on 2nd and 4th Wednesday in Jammu and Ist and 3rd Wednesday in Srinagar
21. Sarmad Hafeez Secretary Youth Services and Sports department on Ist and 3rd Monday in Jammu and 2nd and 4th Monday in Srinagar
22. Dr Farooq Lone Secretary General Administration department on Ist and 3rd Friday in Jammu and 2nd and 4th Friday in Srinagar
23. Talat Parvez Rohella Secretary Higher Education department on Ist and 3rd Thursday in Jammu and 2nd and 4th Thursday in Srinagar
24. Zubair Ahmad Secretary Tourism and Culture departments on Ist and 3rd Tuesday in Jammu and 2nd and 4th Tuesday in Srinagar
25. Abdul Majid Bhat on Ist and 3rd Wednesday in Jammu and 2nd and 4th Wednesday in Srinagar.
