New Delhi/ Aug,10: Former MLA from North Kashmir’s Langate assembly constituency and President Awami Ittehad Party (AIP) MLA Er Rasheed was on Saturday sent to police custody till August 14 by a Delhi court in connection with the militant-funding case.
Rashid, who was arrested by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) last Friday, was produced before a duty magistrate on Saturday. In 2017, NIA had questioned Rashid in connection with a case related to the militant funding activities in Kashmir.
