Srinagar/July,21: Mohammad Khalil Bandh a former minister of the previous PDP-BJP coalition government on Sunday joined National Conference (NC) in Presence of NC President Farooq Abdullah at party headquarters in Srinagar.
As reported already Bandh had last Wednesday resigned from PDP citing difference of opinion on policy matters with the party top brass. He had won Pulwama assembly seat for the PDP in the 2002, 2008 and 2014 assembly elections.
