Jammu: As a sequel to ongoing Van Mahotsav and Green J&K drive, Urban Forestry Division, Jammu in collaboration with Sudhar Volunteer Social Organization Paloura conducted plantation drive in Vivekan park.
Chairman Sudhar Voluntary Organization planted 100 ornamental plants in the park.
The Volunteers of the organization and the locals planted several trees during the drive. Besides, morning walkers and other prominent members also actively participated in Greening J&K drive.
Divisional Forest Officer Urban Forestry Jammu, Sunil Singh appreciated the participation of the organization, senior citizens and others for taking part in the Greening Jammu drive.
