Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Rehbar-e-Taleem Teachers Forum (JKRETTF) has demanded early regularisation of unregularised Rehbar-e-Taleem Teachers (ReTs) who have completed their five years tenure but are still waiting for regularisation.JKRETTF has also demanded conversion of all undergraduate Regularised Rehbar-e-Taleem Teachers (RRTs) to Teacher Grade II.
Chairman JKReTTF Gazi Abdul Aziz and it’s State General Secretary Saleem Sagar in joint statement said that it is very unfortunate that despite giving five years selfless service to department unregularised Ret teachers are unreasonably subjected to hardships by delaying their regularisation. According to both the leaders of the forum those Rets have completed five years tenure two years before but are yet to receive regularisation orders for unknown reasons.
Both the leaders of forum have also expressed anguish over the deelebrate delay in the resolution of the issue of undergraduate RRETs who have been trapped in mental agony for not receiving Teacher Grade II Orders. According to the Gazi Abdul Aziz and Saleem Sagar both the said categories of teachers feel mental stress and are not in a position to teach well in the class room.
The leaders have urged authorities, particularly to honourable Governor Mr. Sytiapal Malik, worthy Advisor Mr. Khurshid Ahmad Ganie, worthy commissioner secretary education Smt. Sarita Chauhan , worthy state project director Smagra Shiksha Abhiyan Shri Arun Kumar Manhas worthy Director School Education Kashmir Mr Mohammad Younus Malik and worthy Director School Education Jammu Smt. Anuradha Gupta to intervene personally into the matter in order to settle their pending issues in a least possible time.
