Will leave no stone unturned to lift the morale of armed forces: Rajnath

New Delhi: Defence Minister Rajnath Singh Tuesday said that lifting the morale of armed forces and support their families is his first priority.
” I will leave no stone unturned to lift the morale of armed forces and support their families after restoring ration in kind for officers of the three services. It is an honour for me to get an opportunity to do something for the Armed Forces,” Rajnath Singh said.
Singh today paid his tributes to Major Ketan Sharma in New Delhi. The Major had lost his life in an encounter with terrorists at Anantnag in Jammu and Kashmir yesterday.
In a tweet, Singh said, Major Sharma made the supreme sacrifice while fighting against the terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir. He said, Major Sharma fought valiantly like a true soldier. Army Chief General Bipin Rawat also paid his tributes to Major Sharma by laying wreath.
