Srinagar: A teenage girl ended her life by consuming some poisonous substance at her home in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Monday. Reports reaching said that a teenage girl (Name with held) was a resident of Ramwari village of Gund area in Ganderbal.
The family members said that the deceased girl was immediately rushed to local hospital Gund for treatment where from she was referred to SKIMS Soura for specialized treatment.
“But doctors at SKIMS declared her as brought dead,” the family said. Official sources said that the reason for the suicide was not immediately known. However, police has registered a case and further investigations have been initiated in this regard.
