Srinagar /May, 2: Shab-e-Qadar, the night of power was in the night intervening Saturday and Sunday observed with religious gaiety and fervour and across Kashmir.
Reports said the biggest congregation was held at historic Jamia Masjid Srinagar where Mirwaiz Molvi Umar Farooq led the night long prayers.
As part of the festivities, muslims Saturday night thronged mosques and shrines for night long prayers across the valley as the muslim fasting month of Ramadhaan is about to end.
