Srinagar: Soon after the medical report regarding the Sumbal incident went viral, the Jammu and Kashmir High Court Tuesday took serious note of circulation of the medical examination.
The court issued notice to Inspector General Police (IGP) Kashmir zone and Medical Superintendent SKIMS in this regard.
