Jammu: Principal Secretary Home, Shaleen Kabra today reviewed the Disaster Management Preparedness of SDRF, Jammu here at a meeting.
The meeting was attended by Director Homeguards / I/C DIG HG/CD & SDRF Vikas Gupta, Commandant SDRF 2nd Bn. Jammu Rashmi Wazir and officers of the Battalion.
A detailed presentation on the working and Disaster preparedness of SDRF 2nd Battalion as well as the components was presented by the Commandant.
The Principal Secretary Home laid emphasis on continuous training of the personnel to meet any disaster related exigency. He inspected various rescue gadgets and disaster handling equipments.
