Rajouri: A woman died and twelve passengers were injured after a passenger vehicle skidded off the road and plunged into a deep gorge in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir.
Reports said the accident took place at about 2 PM when a tempo (registration number JK11 7862) moving on Rajouri-Parori road skidded off the road and plunged into a deep gorge at Sokar village.
A woman identified as Malika Khatoon daughter of Lal Din resident of Tarkassi died on the spot while twelve other persons got injured.
Three of the injured have been admitted to sub district hospital.
Nine among the injured have been admitted to GMC Associated Hospital Rajouri.
