Kulgam: DDC Kulgam Dr Shamim Ahmad Wani flagged off an inter district girls road race at District headquarter Kulgam.
The road race started at ITI Chawalgam and culminated at main stadium Kulgam. More than 300 girl students from 105 schools of the district participated in the event.
The race was organised by District Youth Services and Sports Kulgam under the activities calendar of the department.
A prize distribution was also held on the occasion, in which the top position holders and participants were awarded mementos and citations.
Parents of the students, officers and concerned officials were present on the occasion.
