Srinagar: Hurriyat Conference (M) Chairman Mirwaiz Molvi Umar Farooq on Thursday “strongly condemned” random arrests in Pulwama and Shopian districts ahead of parliamentary elections.
Taking to micro blogging social networking site twitter Mirwaiz wrote “Strongly condemn the daily arrest spree of youth from Pulwama and Shopian. Continued repression in #SouthKashmir is heart rendering”,adding that “unless all those who claim to speak for fundamental #HumanRights of all don’t speak up, people of Kashmir will continue to be at the receiving end”.
