Jammu: National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Tuesday summoned a prominent Valley trader and Kashmir Economic Alliance (KEA) chairperson, Muhammad Yasin Khan again, asking him to appear on April 18.
NIA’s summon to Yasin Khan reads, “Whereas it appears that you are acquainted with the circumstances of the case under number RC-10/2017/NIA/DLI, which is under investigation by the NIA, New Delhi, you are hereby required to report at National Investigation Agency, Ministry of Home Affairs, opposite CGO Complex, Lodhi Road New Delhi 110003 on 18-04-2019 at 10:30 am for the propose of your examination relating to the case.”
Earlier, Yasin Khan was summoned by NIA to its headquarters in New Delhi on September 25. The NIA had filed a case of alleged funding for “subversive activities in J&K” on May 30 last year. Several Hurriyat Conference leaders, a top businessman and others were arrested in the case. Besides, many others have been questioned in the case.
