Jammu: After his appointment as Additional Secretary and Financial Advisor Ministry of External Afairs Government Of India the Jammu and Kashmir Government on Monday relieved the Administrative Secretary Information and Technical Education departments Raj Kumar Goyal, IAS. An order issued from the Jammu and Kashmir Government’s General Administration Department reads as under:
“Consequent upon his appointment as Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor, Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, Mr. Raj Kumar Goyal, IAS (JlC1990) is hereby relieved Monday the 15th of April, 2019 (A.N.) to join his new place of posting. “
