JK Finance and Accounts Society organizes plantation drive at Muthi Jammu

Jammu: Countless are benefits of planting trees, from health to environmental impact, to economics or even psychological effects.
Planting & maintaining trees help reduce green house gases/pollution, improvement of surroundings, lower energy costs, avert flooding/erosion, constitute the habitat for wildlife, provide food & most importantly give off oxygen to ensure human life.
In pursuit of these objectives, JAKFAs on 15/04/2019 organised state wide plantation drive.
President JAKFAS Mohammad Rafiq kick-started the drive from the DAT Complex Muthi Jammu.
DG Funds organisation Gupta, DG Audit & Inspection Fayaz, Director Accounts & Treasuries Jammu Iftikhar also participated in the drive.
Besides the members of Executive Committee, huge number of esteemed members also took part in the initiative.
Distinctively, the Treasury Officers/ CAOs Fund Offices at district headquarters also made the drive a grand success.
