Srinagar: Senior vice chairman Jammu and Kashmir Civil Society Mohammad Suliman Bhat Saturday labeled the highway ban as a measure of collective punishment for the general public.
The anti-people decision, according the JK Civil Society amounts to grass violation of human rights. Bhat also said that ban on civilian movement on highway across Kashmir on Sundays and Wednesdays is inhuman.
